Scholarship Holder Should Fill Up The Scholarship Form Online Neatly and
Correctly and Submit before Prescribed sate in the office following documents.
The Programme . The Committee Selects The Students Through interviews who are
interested in National and Welfare Activities .
Certificate of Change of District as endorced by Social Welfare Officer.
1. Gap Certificate From The Tahsil if The Candidate has Failed.
2. Attested Xerox Copy of Original T.C.
3. Caste Certificate dully Certified by Competent Authority of The Residential
Taluka of the Candidate
4. Students From Other College Should Produce the Original Sanction number of
Scholarship and transfer Certificate.
5. Income Certificate of The Parent/Guardian for the Year 2013-14 dully Signed
by the Tahsildar. in case of the father income certificate to be obtained in the
name of his/her mother along with death certificate of his/her father
6. In case the father of the candidate belonging to SC/ST Category is in Service
and if his annual income Exceeds 2,00,000/- and in case of OBC/NT/SBC
Rs.1,00,000/- then the Candidate in case of SC/ST Rs.1,00,000/-in case of
OBC/NT/SBC Should Submit A Statement form for FreeShip.

Necessary Steps..
1. If the income of parent is less than 2,00,000/- Should attach the salary
certificate with the scholarship form. If scholarship holder is applying for
readmission, should fill in the freeship form.
2. Students have to provide Aadhaar card number.
3. The address on admission form and scholarship form should be the same
4. rofession of parent on admission form and scholarship form should be the
same.
5. Caste mentioned the T.C. and caste certificate should be the same.
6. f the scholarship holder doesn’t apply for the scholarship form/ freship form
on time, he has to pay full fees.
7. Candidates has to pay the full fees if the scholarship sanctioned is less
than the prescribed fees.
8. The scholarship will be credited directly to the bank account of the students
whose scholarship is sanctioned.
9. note- The Students belonging to OBC/ NT/ SBC will not be granted scholarship
as per present Government rules. The scholarship facility will be given
sanctioned by government.
